Any player visiting the fantasyaloria website to use online information and database recovery services, including participating in various contests and games (including fantasy games) and gaming services, will be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all other rules, regulations, and terms of use referred to or offered by fantasyaloria in relation to any Services. fantasyaloria has the liberty to modify Terms and Conditions, regulations, and terms of use at any time by posting them on fantasyaloria. Use of fantasyaloria implies acceptance of such Terms and Conditions, rules, and terms of use as amended from time to time. fantasyaloria may also notify players of any changes by sending an email to the player's registered email address or posting notifications in player accounts. Players must exercise options provided in such notifications to indicate non-acceptance of modified Terms and Conditions. If players do not exercise these options within the prescribed time frame, they will be deemed to have accepted the modified Terms and Conditions.

Certain Services on fantasyaloria may be subject to additional rules and regulations. To the extent that these Terms and Conditions are inconsistent with additional conditions, the additional conditions shall prevail.

fantasyaloria may, at its sole discretion:

Restrict, suspend, or terminate any player’s access to all or part of the Services;

Change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Services;

Reject, move, or remove any material submitted by a player;

Move or remove any content available on fantasyaloria;

Deactivate or delete a player’s account and all related information;

Establish general practices and limits concerning the use of fantasyaloria;

Revise or add to the roster of players available for selection in a Contest based on revisions to the roster of players involved in the relevant Sports Event;

Assign its rights and liabilities to all player accounts to any entity, with prior notification to all players via their registered email addresses.

If any player breaches these Terms and Conditions, or fantasyaloria reasonably believes such player has breached these Terms or has illegally or inappropriately used fantasyaloria or the Services, fantasyaloria may, without notice, restrict, suspend or terminate the player’s access, deactivate or delete the player’s account and related information, delete any content posted by the player, and take any technical and legal steps deemed necessary.

If fantasyaloria charges players a platform fee for any Services, fantasyaloria shall repay such platform fees in the event of suspension or removal of the player’s account due to negligence or deficiency on the part of fantasyaloria, but not if such suspension or removal is due to the player’s breach or inadequate performance of any Terms and Conditions or situations beyond the reasonable control of fantasyaloria.

Players consent to receiving communications such as announcements, administrative messages, and advertisements from fantasyaloria or any of its partners, licensors, or associates.

Intellectual Property

fantasyaloria includes content created by fantasyaloria, its partners, licensors, associates, and/or players. The intellectual property rights (“Intellectual Property Rights”) in all software underlying fantasyaloria and the Services and material published on fantasyaloria, including (but not limited to) games, Contests, advertisements, software, photographs, written content, images, graphics, marks, illustrations, audio, logos, or video clippings, and Flash animation, are owned by fantasyaloria, its partners, licensors, and/or associates. Players may not transmit, publish, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the materials or content on fantasyaloria without express written permission from fantasyaloria. Players may request permission to use any content by writing to fantasyaloria Support.

Players confirm not to display or use names, marks, logos, trademarks, labels, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights of any third party on fantasyaloria. Players agree to indemnify and hold harmless fantasyaloria, its directors, affiliates, employees, and assigns against all costs, losses, and harm, including litigation costs and counsel fees, damages, in respect of any third-party claims that may arise from infringement of Intellectual Property Rights due to such display or use on fantasyaloria by the player. Players hereby grant fantasyaloria and its affiliates, partners, licensors, and associates a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transfer, transmit, and/or publish players’ content for purposes including displaying content on fantasyaloria, distributing content to other players, and storing content in a remote database.

All names, marks, logos, trademarks, labels, proprietary rights, and copyrights or intellectual rights on fantasyaloria belonging to any person, entity, or third party are recognized as proprietary to their respective owners. Any claims or issues against these names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights must be addressed directly to the respective parties with notice to fantasyaloria.

Player Conduct

Players agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all other rules, regulations, and terms of use of the Website. If players do not abide by these Terms, fantasyaloria may take necessary remedial action, including but not limited to restricting, suspending, or terminating any player’s access to Services and deactivating or deleting a player’s account and all related information. Any unused amount in the player’s account on the date of deactivation or deletion will be transferred to the player’s bank account on record, subject to a processing fee (if any).

Players agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and update their registration information as needed. Players may not register or operate more than one account. Players agree to ensure that they can receive all communications from fantasyaloria by marking emails from fantasyaloria as part of their “safe senders” list. fantasyaloria shall not be liable if any email remains unread due to delivery to the player’s junk or spam folder.

Any password issued by fantasyaloria to a player may not be revealed to anyone else. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords and agree to notify fantasyaloria of any unauthorized use of their passwords or accounts. Players agree to exit/log out of their accounts at the end of each session. fantasyaloria shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the player's failure to comply with these requirements.

Players agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation, software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with Services. Players agree not to copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, reverse engineer, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right to the technology or software underlying Services. Players agree not to disrupt, overburden, or assist in the disruption or overburdening of any server used to offer or support Services or the enjoyment of Services by any other player or person.

Players agree not to engage in any attack, including the distribution of a virus, denial of service, or other attempts to disrupt Services. Players agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or networks connected to Services by any means other than the player interface offered by fantasyaloria.

Without limiting the foregoing, players agree not to use fantasyaloria for any of the following:

Engaging in obscene, offensive, indecent, racial, communal, anti-national, objectionable, defamatory, or abusive actions or communications;

Harassing, stalking, threatening, or otherwise violating legal rights of others;

Transmitting inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful content;

Transmitting files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or similar software that may damage another person’s computer or telecommunications equipment;

Advertising, offering, or selling any goods or services for commercial purposes without the express written consent of fantasyaloria;

Transmitting content regarding services, products, surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, spam, unsolicited advertising or promotional materials, or chain letters;

Downloading files, recompiling, or disassembling or otherwise affecting products that cannot be legally obtained in such manner;

Falsifying or deleting any author attributions, legal or other notices, proprietary designations, or labels of the origin or source of software or other material;

Restricting or inhibiting any other player from using and enjoying any public area within our sites;

Collecting or storing personal information about other players;

Interfering with or disrupting fantasyaloria, servers, or networks;

Impersonating any person or entity, including a representative of fantasyaloria, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting player affiliation with a person or entity;

Forging headers or manipulating identifiers to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through fantasyaloria;

Taking any action that imposes an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

Engaging in illegal activities.

Players agree to use our forums only to send and receive messages and material proper and related to that particular forum. If a player chooses a username that, in fantasyaloria's opinion, is obscene, indecent, abusive, or might subject fantasyaloria to public disparagement or scorn, fantasyaloria reserves the right to change such username and intimate the player or delete such username and posts from fantasyaloria, deny access to fantasyaloria, or any combination of these options.

Persons below the age of eighteen (18) years must seek permission or consent from their parents or legal guardians before providing data, participating in or entering fantasyaloria or its Services, participating in contests, uploading pictures, playing games, or being part of any activity on fantasyaloria. Entry to fantasyaloria without consent from a parent or legal guardian and participation in any activity on the Website is not permitted and such person is subject to disqualification at the sole discretion of fantasyaloria.

fantasyaloria believes parents should supervise their children's online activities and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers that provide a child-friendly online environment. These tools can prevent children from disclosing personal information online without parental permission. Although persons below 18 years are allowed to use certain Services on fantasyaloria with the consent of their parent or legal guardian, they may not participate in Contests hosted by fantasyaloria where expressly stated in the rules of the Contest. fantasyaloria is not responsible for any content contributed by players on fantasyaloria.

Contests, Participation, and Prizes

Currently, paid versions of the Contests are available on fantasyaloria. Players may participate in Contests by paying the pre-designated amount provided on the relevant Contest page. The participant with the highest aggregate points at the end of the pre-determined round shall be eligible to win a pre-designated prize as stated on the Contest page. A participant may create different Teams for participation in Contests related to a Fantasy Sport Event across the Services. However, unless fantasyaloria specifies otherwise, participants may only enter one Team in any Contest related to a Fantasy Sport Event. In the case of a Multiple Entry Contest, a participant may enter more than one Team in a single Multiple Entry Contest but will not be permitted to edit or revise the Teams submitted.

fantasyaloria shall collect a pre-designated fee for access to the Services from each participant in relation to the Contests. If a participant indicates that they are a resident of Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, or Telangana while entering an address, they will not be permitted to sign up for the round or contest and may not participate in any paid version of the Contests.

Contest Formats

fantasyaloria offers Contests in two formats: public contests, where players can participate without restriction, and private contests, where players can invite specific players and restrict participation. All rules applicable to Contests apply to both formats.

Public Contest

In public contests, fantasyaloria may offer contests with a specified number of participants. This format may be offered as a paid format with a Winner determined at the end of the round. If the number of participants is less than required, the Contest will not be operational, and the participation fee will be returned. In "Confirmed contests," the Contest becomes operational once the number of participants equals the pre-specified number of winners, even if all slots remain unfilled. Participants can continue to join until all slots are filled or the round commences.

Private Contest

In private contests, players can create a contest and invite others to participate. The creator submits the participation fee, names the contest, and receives a unique code. Invited players must input the code and pay the fee. If the number of participants is less than required 1 hour before the round starts, the private contest may be converted to a public contest. If still not operational, the fee will be returned. Participation is subject to the pre-specified number of participants, and fantasyaloria is not liable for the inability of any invited player to participate.

Eligibility

Contests are open only to persons above 18 years and currently residing in India. fantasyaloria may bar individuals residing in certain states from participating in Contests. Individuals from Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, or Telangana may not participate in paid versions of Contests due to local laws.

Payment Terms and Player Funds

All transactions on fantasyaloria are in Indian Rupees. Payments for participation in Cash Games must be made through the player’s user account. Player funds are held in trust by fantasyaloria in specified bank accounts, separate from corporate funds. Withdrawals are permitted only from accounts with completed KYC processes and are subject to bonus/prize money withdrawal restrictions.

Withdrawals

Players may withdraw winnings via cheque or electronic bank transfer. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and other conditions. Processing times may vary, and fantasyaloria is not liable for delays. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Tabulation of Fantasy Points

fantasyaloria may obtain score feeds from third-party providers. Any errors in the computation or tabulation of points due to inaccuracies in third-party feeds will be rectified, but fantasyaloria is not responsible for inaccuracies.

Selection and Verification of Winners and Conditions Relating to Prizes

Winners are determined based on team scores in a designated round of the Contest. Ties will result in prizes being equally divided. Winners must provide required documents for prize collection. fantasyaloria may disqualify winners if documents are incorrect or incomplete.

Contacting Winners

Winners will be contacted via the registered email. They must provide verification documents within the specified time. Winners may contact fantasyaloria if they do not receive communication.

Verification Process

Only winners who complete the verification process and provide required documents within the specified time will receive their winnings. fantasyaloria reserves the right to disqualify winners based on document review.

Modifications to Prizes

fantasyaloria may modify prizes at its discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Responsibilities of Winners

Winners are responsible for shipping and transaction costs for prize delivery. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
